I'm a writer from London interested in

class, satire, and

social mobility.

I’ve received grants from the Society of Authors, the Royal Literary Fund, and the Arts Council for my novel-in-progress.

In 2021, I received my MFA in Fiction from UC San Diego with full funding from UCSD's Literature department and Friends of International Center. My thesis was a novel about the internet, language, and the London suburbs. My supervisors were Jac Jemc, Anna Joy Springer, Anya Gallaccio, and Lily Hoang. From 2019-2021, I was on the board of Alchemy, a journal of translation and worked with Kazim Ali for Nightboat Books' poetry award.
